My family swears our consanguinity is unbreakable like the Bruce Willis movie, but their parsimony or lack of paying me back my money proves otherwise, for example this year they handed me a dusty curio they found on the floor at a local Mexican restaurant under a crooked palladian window, but the real thrill was hearing the toaster try to talk and  fulgurate all at the same time it warranted a stinky standing ovation.
