Upcoming Guest List

Welcome to the Pizza ’n’ Popcorn – a Popcast, where the guest list hits like movie night featuring the Avengers: Endgame—but instead of hammers and shields they come with slices, snacks, and zero pretentious energy. Where thought leaders, healers, creators, and full-on main characters pull up and put their integrity (and a little pride) on the line. We get to see who or what survives while we dig through an endless bucket of freshly popped kettle corn and dense slices of pizza. Think Hot Slice chaos, Late Night & Early Morning laughs, and the kind of conversations you’d have at 1 a.m. when the pizza box is empty but the popcorn bowl somehow isn’t and who the hell left pizza grease on the mic? So grab your snack-sized escape into the ridiculous and the relatable, bring your appetite for nonsense and your sense of humor, and enjoy the show. Extra cheese and sarcasm served hot and ready. High hopes and Batteries not included.

🎬🍕🍿 Get the rolling pin let’s roll out some dough.

Guest Name: Marc Cordon

Website: The Joy Revolution

Social Media:

Shameless Plug: Poppers and popptresses, pizza lovers worldwide welcome Marc Cordon who woke up one morning looked at the world, at burnout culture, and said, “Yeah… we’re gonna need a joy reboot.” all that was just outside his window, image that. Enter Joy Revolution—a 9-week live online experience that’s basically The Avengers, but instead of saving the universe with hammers and shields, you’re saving your sanity with purpose. It’s built for coaches, entrepreneurs, and change-makers who know they’re meant for more but are stuck buffering like bad Wi-Fi.

His program mixes positive psychology, creativity, and social change like the ultimate crossover episode, helping people gain confidence, clarify their “why,” and finally launch the thing they keep talking about—TEDx talks, podcasts, digital courses, or full-on movements (cape optional). You’ve got weekly live classes, creative labs that feel less like homework and more like a Rocky training montage minus the stairs and sweat, personalized coaching, and a community that actually participates—no ghosting or catfishing here. Small cohorts keep it personal, the first week is risk-free, and it’s all led by the man Marc Cordon himself, a creative storyteller and positive psychology coach who somehow makes joy feel less like a buzzword and more like a superpower.

Guest Name: Jenna Duncan

Website: Mended by the Maker

Shameless Plug: Our guest Jenna is basically what you get when ER grit, real-life faith, and main-character energy collide. Jenna Duncan is a unregistered nurse, nursing instructor, certified life and health coach, author, and founder of Mended by the Maker—which sounds like a Netflix docu-series but is actually a powerful, Christ-centered space helping women heal from childhood trauma and beyond. And in case you are wondering, Jenna is a walking zombie since she has no time to sleep with so many things going on. With years in the ER, a front-row seat to the healthcare system, and the lived experience of being a single mom of three, Jenna brings wisdom, honesty, and zero fluff to conversations about holistic health, faith, and restoration. I’m not sure she even likes pizza, much less popcorn. She’s passionate about strengthening families, improving women’s health, and speaking hope—especially within the Black community—so consider this episode part testimony, part truth bomb, and part “how is she doing all of this?” remember the earlier mentioned zombie. Jenna is hair to let her hair down and maybe even catch a few much needed zzz’s.
